Incredible Edible Gardening Club Sessions are open to growers of all abilities and aim to bring together both experienced and novice gardeners wanting to develop their gardening skills in a relaxed, friendly environment.
About Edible Gardening Clubs
Whatever your age or circumstances, coming along to Edible Gardening Club Sessions will give you the opportunity to learn the basics or share your experience whilst taking part in a variety of activities
Grow Your Own Sessions
Get tips and advice on how to sow, propagate, and tend to your fruit and veg once it’s established. Sow seeds with other members, grow them on and then help plant them or take away for your own plots or containers.
Garden and Crop Planning
Help us plan, clear and plant out new growing spaces and see how we rotate crops in our planters to reduce the risk of pests and diseases building up.
Help harvest produce from our mini allotment plots and use it to take home and create delicious seasonal dishes.
Square foot gardening
If you've got a growing space 4 feet x 4 feet then square foot gardening could be for you. Come see our square foot demonstration planters and be amazed at how much produce you can grow in such a small space.
Don't have space for a square foot garden? Theres still plenty of ways to grow your own fruit and veg with numerous edible plants which can be grown in containers.
Five ways to wellbeing
Our edible gardening clubs also place a big tick in each of the NHS Five ways to well-being boxes - Connect, Be active, Take notice, Keep learning and Give. They are a great way to improve your health while doing something you enjoy.
